The hotel is conveniently located within a short distance to Barberini metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the surrounding neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the public areas of the hotel are spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax. the hotel is situated on a bus route, allowing for convenient transportation options.

The breakfast provided at the hotel could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Rooms were clean and useful, perfect bathroom, normal breakfast, perfect service, and helpful stuff. We were late for both check in and out but they helped us. I will suggest this hotel to my friends too.

This was a great hotel for my family with young kids. Convenient to many things including the park with lots of conveniences in the neighborhood. The room was great with plenty of space and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful.

The place could use some updating but value for the money this was the best we found in Italy. Breakfast could have a few more offerings like hard boiled eggs or cheese and cold cuts.

Convenient Location, Spacious Rooms the hotel had a great location, being close to many restaurants and public transportation. the rooms were surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and organized.

Outdated Decor, Limited Wi-Fi Unfortunately, the decor was quite outdated and could use a renovation. the Wi-Fi was also limited, only being available in certain areas of the hotel.

We were very comfortable. The suite was very spacious. The officials were extremely helpful when needed. A fine breakfast. Things were nice throughout.

The kitchen refrigerator never was cold; water in the bottom all the time. So we did not trust it for keeping food.

Spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. My family of 5 enjoy our stay here a lot. Breakfast is good with variety of breads and nice coffee (important : hey have cappuccino but only available when you ask, otherwise they just give you normal coffee). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from metro station and bus stops but not a big problem to me. Highly recommended for large family traveling together.

There are 3 staff I met at the reception. Most of them are helpful, except the old guy. I tried to call him twice before checking in as our flight was delayed till midnight. He hung up on me twice before giving me any acceptable answer. Very unprofessional !!! Luckily we called again and meet another staff, everything is fine since then.

Plenty of room in the suite we had - facilities were satisfactory although needed upgrading and the hotel needed re-decorating. The staff were very helpful. A bar would be a welcome addition to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Trevi Fountain and is easily accessible from the Termini station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even come with a small kitchen and balcony. The breakfast provided is simple but sufficient to start your day of exploring.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and fluent in Englisch. The rooms were quiet large especially for a big city like Rome. Value for the money was excellent

The rooms were quiet old and would need some "sprucing up".

The rooms, while slightly dated, were celan and spacious. This made a great place to relaxe after miles of walking around the city.

Poor beds, no lock in bath room and air conditioners. Of working at all. Do not choose this hotel in summer at all

The gentleman at the desk was very polite and helpful. The location was good.

The Mayfair was a fairly nice place to stay however the maintenance of the room was lacking. Example: (1) the kitchen sink did not work at all; could not get water (2) the refigerator had not been cleaned out as we found cheese and meat still there from a previous traveler (the toilet seat had a crack in it that made the toilet difficult to use without getting a painful pinch! (Could not get the air conditioner to work and we were uncomfortably too warm at night.

No Air conditioning at night. Old and not well maintained. Did not take care of any request we cad. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if they can afford a little more and go to center of the city and cleaner nicer place.
